I have been a customer of Samuan Representações Ltda for several years now, and I must say that their service is average at best. While they do deliver on time and have a wide range of products available, their customer support leaves much to be desired. The staff is not very knowledgeable and often takes a long time to respond to queries. Overall, I would say that they are an okay company to work with, but there are certainly better options out there.
