I recently attended a training session with Red Balloon Training and Consultancy, and I must say it was an average experience. The course material was decent, but the delivery lacked enthusiasm. The trainer seemed knowledgeable but failed to engage the participants effectively. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more.
