Horrible customer service! They don't answer the p...

Horrible customer service! They don't answer the phone, are very nonchalant and uncaring. The actual mechanic was better at customer service and talking to the customer than the actual people who work in the office. It puts a bad taste in my mouth because I love Sears and want to continue going there to the stores that are left, but if I'm going to receive this kind of service I'm going to let corporate know and discontinue patronizing them.
