I can't even set up an account or payments online,...

I can't even set up an account or payments online, because of various 'critical errors' so they sure do make it difficult to even do anything at all. Super inconvenient to have to call and spend wasted time on the phone trying in vain to actually get a person to talk to, just a generic message to call back which still gets you nowhere! And like others very disappointed that you are unable to make additional payments each month on your OWN account! Bi-monthly is so nice.
