I had an average experience with the Braidwood police department. The officers were professional, but the response time to my call was a bit slow. It took them over 20 minutes to arrive at the scene, which made me feel a bit uneasy. However, once they got there, they handled the situation well. Overall, I would say their service is satisfactory.
