I had a great experience at Effects! The staff was friendly and professional, and they really took the time to listen to what I wanted. The salon is clean and stylish, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. My stylist did an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be returning to Effects in the future.
