I recently moved into an apartment managed by Commonwealth Properties Residential, LLC and I have had a great experience so far. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the leasing process, and any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly. The apartment itself is in good condition and I am happy with my decision to rent from them. I would recommend them to others.
