I had a mixed experience at Dorsett Laboratory. On one hand, the staff was courteous and professional, and the lab facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, the waiting time was longer than expected, and the lab results took a while to be delivered. Overall, I would say that the service was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
