Poor value: no follow through with action

Not professional: workers using personal life as an excuse to not help with maintenance requests

Not Responsive: Response time is not reasonable. I have been waiting for 9 months to get my issues resolved. They include rat and termite extermination, buying gate fob keys, and water damage on the roof
