i have no idea how this hotel got almost 3 stars!!...

i have no idea how this hotel got almost 3 stars!! literally the worst hotel i've ever been! AC isn't working sometime or MOST OF THE TIME! the electricity sometimes it closed! and the room MY GOD, it's HELLA dirty (: !!! oh, and also the bathroom.. it's super clean, NOT!!!!! i repeat NOT clean
