Hema b.v. is an average company. The quality of their products is decent but not exceptional. I have been shopping with them for a while now and haven't had any major complaints. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The customer service can be a bit slow at times and the prices are a little on the higher side. Overall, I would give Hema b.v. an average rating.
