The 1 star is for their ability to plan and organize projects.

The missing four stars are because of the following:

The Quality does not match their prices. They are basically charging you for Home Depot quality materials, but they are purchasing Alibaba Quality materials. They are transparent with billing. You can log into see, but they must be getting kickbacks because all their quotes are way higher than if you priced it out yourself.
The staff are friendly but definitely not trustworthy.

Better builders exist out there.
