My experience with Shady Grove Kennels was average. The staff was friendly and the facilities were decent. However, I did notice a few areas that could be improved. The outdoor play area seemed a bit small for the number of dogs, and I would have appreciated more frequent updates about my pet's well-being. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I might explore other options next time.
