I had an average experience with Bad Karma Airsoft. The product I ordered had some minor defects, but the customer service team was quick to address the issue and provide a suitable solution. Although it was a bit disappointing at first, their prompt response and resolution made up for it. Overall, I would still recommend them for their good range of products and responsive customer support.
