worst service center ,no one response properly ......

worst service center ,no one response properly ....i had never seen this type of service center ,, they keeping mobile up to 2 month . they don't know how to repair a mobile , they are providing one land line number to track the status it always gives ringing or busy
i went that service center totally 4 times only for late charging problem
problem was not to be resolved but they taken a 2 months of time

i was seen many of the customers everyone fighting with that employees

in my point of you no on buy a coolpad its completely failure model
