I had high hopes for Launchpad, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The program lacked structure, and the resources provided were not as helpful as I anticipated. The mentorship sessions were often disorganized, and I felt like I didn't receive the guidance I needed. While the networking events were good, they could have been more impactful. Launchpad has great potential, but there are areas that need improvement.
