I recently visited John Wai Kung Fu Acadmy for a Women Self Defense Seminar and I got fascinated by it. The place is neat and clean. The staff makes you feel at home the minute you walk in through the doors. The seminar in particular went above my expectations. They made the class fun and interactive with very useful yet simple techniques on how to be prepared for the unexpected. I see myself coming back to the Academy for some kick-boxing classes in the near future. I recommend this class to all the women out there and I recommend John Way Kung Fu Academy to anyone who is looking for a friendly environment to train, improve and learn martial arts, bootcamp and many other fitness areas.
