My bank ordered an appraisal for a property I own....

My bank ordered an appraisal for a property I own. Unfortunately, it ended up through this company which gave it a very inexperienced appraiser. He had no clue what he is doing. Didn't even know how to approach the appraisal process. Used ridiculous comparables. Reached a value that's laughable to say the least. He simply was protecting himself by putting extremely low value. My advise if you get an appraiser from this company, simply decline and ask for another company.
