I had a mixed experience with LGN. The website lgn.ai was informative and well-designed. However, their customer support was lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response and the resolution was delayed. On the positive side, their AI tools are powerful and accurate. If they improve their customer service, I would consider giving them a higher rating.
