I absolutely love practicing yoga at Golden Light Yoga! The instructors are not only experts in their craft, but they also bring such positivity and enthusiasm to every class. The studio itself is beautiful and exudes a calming energy that makes you feel instantly relaxed. I have tried many different yoga studios, but Golden Light Yoga is by far my favorite. It's a wonderful place to unwind, destress, and take care of your mind, body, and soul. 😊
