I had an average experience with Neomend. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. The product I purchased arrived on time and was in good condition. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. The representatives I spoke with were not very knowledgeable and it took a while to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, I would say Neomend is an okay company.
