Unprofessional, unscrupulous, and unethical FORECLOSURE MILL Attorneys that NEVER returned a single phone call to Sylvia Head... I am using my husband's profile to leave my review of the handling of my Wells Fargo Foreclosure, for 2234 Ellen Avenue, Columbus, Georgia... I made several attempts to contact anyone, for the total amount to reinstate the loan amount. It seemed to me that the receptionist that would answer the 800 number calls spoke with a heavy accent and dialect... From the country of India!!! She had even told me the false information that it was too LATE to get reinstated even though it had not been auctioned off at the Courthouse steps... I even sent a FAX begging to be reinstated 01/26/2013. I received an acknowledgement letter of my FAX, dated 02/05/2013... The day of the Non-judicial Foreclosure Auction where Wells Fargo STOLE my home of 10 years, 8-9 years of not a single payment being late because I was renting from my Mother, the original owner!!! I was overwhelmed trying to take care of 2 households when I was the sole and only caregiver while my totally disabled, bedridden Mother was battling the Advance Stages of Parkinson's Disease!!!
