WORSE experience calling into a clinic. I called in to cancel an upcoming appointment and the front desk was incredibly short with me. Then, when I was mid sentence trying to ask for information on how to reschedule in the future ..the assistant deliberately hung up on me. Of course when I tried calling the clinic back they would not answer. So disappointing and I will find another practice that can provide decent patient service. Would not recommend ..
