Attending culinary school was a dream of mine, and I had the opportunity to make it a reality at Oregon Culinary Institute. The program was comprehensive and provided me with the skills and knowledge I needed to succeed in the culinary world. The instructors were experienced and supportive, guiding me every step of the way. I am grateful for the education I received at OCI and would definitely recommend it to aspiring chefs.
