I have been a customer of Capna for a few years now and I must say their service is just average. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable, but I feel like they could do a better job at communicating with their customers. Sometimes it takes a while to get an appointment and I find that frustrating. Overall, it's not a bad place to take your pet, but there is definitely room for improvement.
