Attending the Gestalt Institute of Toronto was a transformative experience. The facilitators were knowledgeable and created a nurturing environment for personal growth. The content was well-designed and offered a comprehensive understanding of Gestalt therapy. I particularly enjoyed the experiential exercises and the opportunity to learn from other participants. It was truly enriching!
