I have had both positive and negative experiences with Modern Arts Packaging. On one hand, their range of packaging options is impressive and the quality is generally good. However, there have been a few instances where the products I received were damaged or not as described. Their customer service team, though, has always been helpful in resolving these issues. Overall, I would rate them as average.
