Nancy, in the office, and John, the Manager, were very professional and courteous to deal with. John told us we could drive our car and he would order the parts and let us know when the parts were in. This saved us money on the rental car. My car was ready on the date as promised. I was contacted the day before it was ready and given instructions on when to pick it up and what to do with the rental car. Our car looks great. I highly recommend dealing with Sun Toyota Collision Center!
