I recently visited the local Honda dealership for some automotive maintenance, and overall, it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and professional, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. The service took longer than I expected, and the waiting area was a bit crowded and uncomfortable. However, the technicians did complete the necessary work on my vehicle and it seems to be running well. The pricing was reasonable compared to other dealerships in the area. While I wasn't blown away by the experience, I also didn't have any major complaints. I would consider returning for future services, but I hope to see some improvements in terms of efficiency and customer comfort.
