I just rent this apartment in Yonkers two months ago. I love to live here, there is a washing machine and dryer in the room, so you don't have to worry to waste time doing your laundry, and also you will have a good view from your apartment. There is a gym and entertaining area in the fourth floor. If you are a party person, definitely, a good choose. The service here is great too. Whenever you need help, they will always be there to help you out. Especially, Mark, who is the regional manager of the building, is always so helpful and friendly. The rent is a little high, but you will love to stay here.
Anyway, great place to live, highly recommended.
