I recently used the services of Wildapple Graphics to design some promotional materials for my small business. While the overall quality of the designs was satisfactory, I found the communication with the team to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to finalize the designs, and there were a few changes that had to be made multiple times before they were correctly implemented. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other graphic design companies I have used in the past. However, I will say that the final products did look professional and were well-received by my customers. Overall, while I was not completely blown away by the experience, I would consider using their services again if improvements were made in the areas of communication and pricing.
