As a customer who values engaging events, I tried the services of Concise. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate, providing a range of audience engagement solutions. However, I found the customer service to be average--responses were slow and not always helpful. The product offerings, while decent, did not stand out compared to other similar companies. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but I was expecting more personalized and attentive service. Hopefully, they can improve on their communication and support to better meet customer needs. I would consider using their services again, but only if I don't find a more responsive and customer-oriented option. 🤔
