I recently purchased a wheelchair from this company and I found the process to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good amount of information, but the customer service left a bit to be desired. I encountered some delays in receiving my order, and the communication from the company could have been better. The quality of the wheelchair is decent, but I expected a bit more attention to detail in the design and construction. Overall, my experience with the company was okay, but I think there are some areas that could use improvement to provide a more satisfying customer experience.
