As a CUSTOMER, I would rate Robert Cook Insurance INC as average. I found their services to be satisfactory. The staff was polite and efficient in handling my insurance needs. However, there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, my experience with the company was decent.
