5 months after purchasing a vehicle here I took it...

5 months after purchasing a vehicle here I took it to a shop to get my oil changed. After about 2 min the mechanic told me there was damage to the oil pan and he recommended I take the car to the dealer as it s under warranty. No one had done any work to the vehicle since I bought it. Booked a service appointment here and after 5.5 hours of waiting, a $145 assessment fee , and demeaning customer service, (no one appreciates being hustled or talked down to) I left with no repairs. The dealer would not take responsibility to damage that they obviously had done to the vehicle prior to my purchase. While I don t believe the damage was done intentionally, being quoted $900 for an oil pan replacement they re responsible for when the vehicle is under warranty is out of the question. I left there with a bad wash job and robbed of $145. I will not be returning for any future vehicle purchases or services.
