I have been a customer of Swimming New Zealand for several years now and I must say that my experience has been average. The facilities and coaches are good, but the organization and communication could be improved. The website is not very user-friendly, and it's difficult to find information about upcoming events and competitions. Overall, it's an alright experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
