The African American receptionist is a very arrogant person, I think her name is Jannette, she treats people very bad and thinks that she can treat people bad and they have to take it because they are asking for a job, get out of here, if that's the kind of person that you see and ask for help the first time you go in before actually talking to anyone, it leaves a very bad impression of the place and of the people that work there, smiling doesn't cost anything and she bosses people that just ask for help.
