Maof needs to oversee the professionalism of their employees. I'm working with Martha Casares and her behavior is not acceptable. Every time I talk to her I feel harassed she claims that she's overwhelmed with over 80 case and can't get get to each case on time. Then she threatened me with not renewing my children's daycare contract because she needs me to resend her check stubs because she didn't get to my file on time. I tired asking question and her response is always "like I said" I can't ask for clarification because I get hung up on.
What's going on with this organization who's doing the training/hiring. I'm in costumer service I would've be fired treating clients how she treats hers. Someone needs to put a stop to her. Martha behavior is not ok I'm sure there's other families perhaps due to the language barrier or fear of not receiving service they don't speak up.
