I recently went on a trip organized by The Trip Group and it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to use and the booking process was straightforward. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but the accommodations were just okay. The overall itinerary was well-planned, but there wasn't anything extraordinary about the trip. It was good, but not great.
