I am in the disaster cleanup industry and I am forced into going through these people for water mitigation by insurance companies. What has ended up happening is they will take my estimate which is written line item by line item for was done on the jobs. They will then scrutinize my estimate with bogus things. But they submit my full estimate to the insurance company so they get paid the full amount, but I get the shaft. I hate working with these people on every level. The concept of their business is totally unethical and shouldn't be allowed.
