I recently completed a culinary course at this academy and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The instructors were top-notch and the curriculum was well-paced. I particularly enjoyed the practical sessions where I got to hone my cooking skills. The only criticism I have is the lack of variety in the vegetarian recipes taught. Other than that, I highly recommend this academy to anyone looking to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
