Reckless quotes, lack of interest, lots of hype, unprofessional, sloppy ... worked over one year to gain a customer's confidence and the first project involved a stand. Due diligence for over 4 months with DisplayIt, including bringing customer to showroom. Showed drawings and specifications and reviewed in detail multiple times to DisplayIt. Received a written estimate. Sent a purchase order for the amount only to find out that the estimate was wrong by $2000 per stand The order was for 30 stands, resulting in a $60,000 increase. Customer cancelled order and I lost the account. Left voicemails for one of the two founders, reached out to both on LinkedIn and sent emails. No Response. Sales rep said founders were too busy to respond and project not important.
