I had made a pre-order of a game of theirs on 27 July 2019. They told me they will contact me when the game arrives in 10 Sept 2019. I made numerous calls (store in Jurong point) to them since 10 Sept 2019 and they weren t picking up my call.

I went down on 11 Sept 2019 and found out their shop is in renovation. I checked with customer service and discovered they closed on 1 Sept 2019.

During that period, I didn t receive any calls from them.

Is that a scam???
