There must be two Freedom Harley's in Ottawa on Merivale Rd. as I have had nothing but bad luck with the service on my new Harley. Read my facebook post to learn more about all the serious items that were missed on PDI . This is the worst place I have ever dealt with for service and the comments on my post back me up.
