I walked into this office with hesitation because of the horror stories you hear about which veteran's service is better than others. I have to say that from the minute I walked in, they welcomed me with open arms. Sat me down, discussed several options with me and then asked to represent me, I didn't even have to ask them. I retired officially 1 January 2013. My VA rating was returned to me April 2013, but Missouri Veterans Commission continued to represent me and without my knowledge, resubmitted for a re-evaluation. This was completed and sent to me July 2013. It literally was six months from the day I retired to the day I received my VA rating completed and to my satisfaction.

Thank you to all the employees in this office. I always give your office name out to fellow Veterans that are preparing to retire, and will continue to do so.
