I am a CUSTOMER of Roamingexpert and I would rate their service as average. The website (roamingexpert.com) is easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I needed without any hassle. The prices for their roaming plans are reasonable, but there were a few hidden fees that I had to pay, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I think Roamingexpert provides a decent service, but there is room for improvement.
