it is completely impossible to find the information you need and the phone system ends up consistently blind if it does not concern the two core products. I want to buy a certificate but it is completely impossible to get hold of a person or information about this product. Their website and phone support are most reminiscent of a very unfortunate crossing of the IC4 / very young travel card system and enhanced with the F35 IT system. It is definitely the most miserable I have ever encountered.
I suggest a top person try to order an OCES certificate based on the information on the website as well as try to use the telephone system - I would be happy to demonstrate.
