Unprofessional organization with serious lack of accountability. When I called to check on the hold up with regard to paperwork I had sent in and was awaiting a response on, I was told that my paperwork had been received 6 weeks ago but for some unknown reason was never forwarded on to the proper department. I now need to resend in more paperwork and hope this time it gets processed properly!? Needless to say (albeit pitiful) I will be checking up regularly on any paperwork I have to send in as it can not be assumed that basic management procedures are in place.
