My surgery at The Surgical Center was average overall. The staff was professional, but I felt like they lacked warmth and personal attention. The surgeon did a good job, but I wish they had provided more detailed information about the procedure. The recovery process went smoothly, but the post-operative care could have been better. Although I am satisfied with the results, I believe there is room for improvement in the overall patient experience.
