I needed water turned back on for a couple of days...

I needed water turned back on for a couple of days so that a cleaning lady could clean the house I moved out of for my landlords. I was charged $35 dollars and had to agree to terms for having someone there when they turned it on, etc. After 3 hours and my cleaning lady having to wait there, they still had not come by and I called ECUA again. All they could do is send a status ticket and check where the truck was (if they had serviced the house yet). I asked how I would be able to know the status once the ticket was sent and was told "you will have to call back to check the status". A double standard here. I have to be able to read a crystal ball to know when I need to be at this house, paying a service fee for a service that is done at a time I cannot prepare for, and there is no help or concern for my schedule. Why am I paying money for this? Why do I have to be present if I don't know when you are going to be there? I work full time and have classes in the evenings. I need a ballpark time frame at the very least. Very disappointed in this process. I would rather pay more money to a competitor or go ANYWHERE else with my business than to deal with this again.
